2. User Account & Verification
To create or sign campaigns, you must verify your session using a valid email address via a One-Time Password (OTP). By using this feature, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and honest location and employment profiles.
- You are the authorized owner of the email address used to log in.
- You will not use automated bots, scripts, or temporary/disposable email addresses to access the site.
3. Campaign & Participation Rules
To maintain the integrity of our community momentum data, users must follow strict participation guardrails:
- Employer Campaigns: A user can create or join strictly one (1) active Employer Campaign at any given time.
- Philanthropic Campaigns: A user may create or join a maximum of 100 Philanthropic Campaigns to support regional giving.
- No Duplicate Signatures: You cannot sign or back the same specific campaign multiple times using different profiles or email addresses.
4. Acceptable Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Create fraudulent, fake, or misleading campaigns (e.g., creating a campaign for a company where you do not work or a ZIP code where you do not reside).
- Manipulate, inflate, or "game" the public supporter counters using automated tools or fake accounts.
- Submit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate text in optional campaign metadata fields (such as team names or fundraising goals).
- Harass HR departments, employers, or foundations by triggering spam communications through our tools.
5. Platform Rights and Moderation
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Monitor public campaign metrics for suspicious or unusual traffic patterns.
- Delete or suspend accounts, signatures, or entire campaigns that violate these Terms (such as bot-generated signatures).
- Modify, update, or discontinue any feature or visualization tool on the Platform at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that:
- Any target employer, foundation, or corporate donor will view, accept, or fulfill a contribution request generated through this site.
- The public momentum counters will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or the refusal of third-party organizations to fund Trump Accounts.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
